Please do not attempt to return products without an authorization #, as they will not be accepted.

 

For orders shipped to your home or another address:

For returns on these orders, we collaborate with USPS, a trusted shipping partner of ours. Please be aware that a modest return fee will be applicable, and it will be deducted from your refund.

Here are the specifics:

  • All refused orders will be charged 10% re-stocking fee. 
  • Returns on items shipped to your home or another address must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Tires must be unused and unmounted.
  • Return package must be properly secured.

While we strive to provide the best possible service and accommodate returns when necessary, shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, even if an order is returned. This policy is in place to cover the initial costs associated with processing and shipping your order to you when it was placed. If the product return is due to a TireWheelX error, TireWheelX will pay the return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original form of payment. Installation and shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

Damaged shipments

Refused orders

Refused orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Orders that are shipped to a home address and refused will be charged for shipping both ways.

 

Warranty claims

Credits for warranty items may be issued to the original method of payment or via check.
